Data Protection is the word of the day, brought up by Cybersecurity risks and the protection of a fundamental right.
In order to emphasize the date that marks the starting of the one year countdown for the entering into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) GPA Law Firm and GPA academy are organzing, on the 25th of May, the event “Contagem Decrescente – Um ano para o RGPD / Countdown – One year for the GDPR”.
This event will have a Round Table debate the “Countdown” and upcoming implementation challenges, and it will also be presented the book “Regulamento Geral de Proteção de Dados – Legislação e algumas notas” (General data protection regulation – Legislation and some notes) edited by Sofia Berberan Santos and by João Gabriel which intends to be a fundamental tool for the upcoming Data Protection projects.
