GPA inaugurates the 3rd Edition of its Executive Breakfast with a session dedicated to the subject: PRIIPS Regulation and Key Information Document. This meeting, that will be hosted by GPA`s of Counsel Ricardo Couto will be held at GPA Law Firm`s office, Rua Sousa Martins, No. 1 – 6th floor, Lisbon, next 7 May 2019, from 9am until 10am.
The session will approach the changes brought by this new framework, namely in terms of obligations and liabilities for financial intermediaries producing, marketing and providing advice on PRIIPs, as well as the specifications brought by CMVM Regulation No. 8/2018, published in the beginning of 2019.
