News Amendment to the Portuguese Securities Code 18/01/2022

Law No. 99-A/2021 was published on December 31, 2021 and introduced changes to 11 (eleven) different diplomas.

The CMVM published information on these changes through a Circular, which “will continue to be updated with relevant information until after the said changes come into force”.

The various changes introduced take effect from January 31st, with a few exceptions.
