News Circular Note on the Capital Market and Sustainability 23/12/2021

On December 21st, the CMVM (Portuguese Securities Market Commission) published a Circular Note on the capital market and sustainability: Information and organisational requirements and CMVM's supervisory approach.

This circular note contains the regulatory highlights, understandings and recommendations of the CMVM on issuers, asset management and financial intermediaries and what is the CMVM's supervisory approach for 2022.
