News Francisco Rodrigues Rocha speaker on the topic Consumer Credit Contracts 05/12/2023

Francisco Rodrigues Rocha will be a speaker at the 34th Anniversary Commemorative Session of the Portuguese Consumer Law Association (apDC), dedicated to the theme "Consumer credit", in relation to the recent Directive (EU) 2023/2225 respecting this topic and that is awaiting transposition. The session will take place on 6 December in Amphitheatre DAF00.01 of Building D of the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (ESTG/IPLeiria).

The speech will centre on the topic of "Consumer credit agreements: formal requirements and the exercise of the right of withdrawal".
