News GPA Sponsors Youth Rugby players 28/06/2019

GPA sponsored the Under-14 rugby team "Tapada Gladiators", which participated in the 11th Beach Rugby Ericeira Tournament.

This initiative arises in the context of the GPA`s sport group, which already has a long history in the promotion of sport and team spirit, such as the participation in the Mini-Marathon of Lisbon, the regular football games with the users of Vale de Acór Institution, the participation in football leagues with clients and partners, as well as in Padel tournaments.

This tournament took place on the 22nd and 23rd of June, and the "Gladiadores da Tapada" was second in reaching the podium of the category.

Started in 2008 by the “Associação dos Amigos do Rugby da Ericeira”, the Ericeira Beach Rugby received more than 77 teams, divided between the ranks of seniors (male and female), under-18/16/14/12/10 and 8.
