News GPA occupies second position in the ranking of balance between men and women 18/09/2020

GPA occupies the second position in a ranking promoted by Iberian Lawyer, which measures the balance between men and women in law firms in Portugal.

In percentage terms, the firm has a total of 63.1% women, being the second firm with more female lawyers. With regard to the number of partners, it also ranks second, with four of the seven members being women.

Sofia Gouveia Pereira, Managing Partner of the firm, says that “We don’t see GPA's position in this ranking as a surprise, as we have always been guided by rewarding employees according to their merit, not discriminating against anyone due to sex or any other issue.”
