Laura Mendes Tique contributed an article to the September edition of GGI FYI Employment Law News intitled «Workplace monitoring and employee privacy: Where are the limits?».

The article addresses the balance between corporate supervisory powers and employees' right to privacy, using a recent case in Spain (where an employee was monitored by a private detective) as a starting point to analyse the legal limits in Portugal.
