The new draft of the labour law reform in Portugal proposes a comprehensive overhaul of the Labour Code to address the challenges of the digital age, strengthen collective bargaining, combat precarious employment and promote a better work-life balance.
The initiative includes amendments to over 100 provisions, with a focus on work on digital platforms, fixed-term work contracts, working time and dismissals rules.
