In view of the critical moment that the economy is going through, namely the interruption of markets, teleworking has represented a means of subsistence and maintenance of the functioning of companies.

The National Data Protection Commission (“CNPD” or “supervisory authority”), within the scope of its authority, published guidelines on the protection of personal data and privacy related to the control, both of working time and activity teleworking provided from the worker's home.
