News News Flash - Changes to Exceptional Response Measures to Covid-19 - Impact on Administrative Activity 20/04/2020

Law No. 4-A / 2020 was published on April 6, 2020, which made the first amendment to Law No. 1-A / 2020, of March 19, and the second amendment to Decree-Law No. 10-A / 2020, of March 13, which had approved exceptional and temporary measures to respond to the epidemiological situation caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and the disease COVID-19.

The referred Law nº 4-A / 2020, of April 6, changed some aspects of the previously approved exceptional regime, related to the procedural activity in the courts and administrative procedures, having also clarified some issues that had raised doubts.
