News News Flash - Entry into force of the Convention to avoid double taxation between Portugal and Angola 16/10/2019

Notice No 93/2019 on the entry into force of the Convention between Portugal and Angola to avoid double taxation and prevent tax evasion ("CSDs") on income taxes was published on the 1st of October.

It should be recalled that the DTC was approved by resolution of the Assembly of the Republic No. 23/2019 and ratified by decree of the President of the Republic No. 13/2019, both published in the Official Gazette of 14 February 2019.
