News News Flash - Procedure for suspending procedural and procedural deadlines 03/02/2021

Pursuant to Law No. 4-B / 2021 of 1 February, a new regime for suspending procedural and procedural deadlines was established, resulting from the measures adopted in the context of the COVID-19 disease pandemic, thus proceeding to the ninth amendment to Law no. 1-A / 2020, of 19 March.

This new regime came into force on February 2, 2021 and has retroactive effect to February 22, 2021, without prejudice to the judicial procedures and procedural acts meanwhile carried out and practiced.
