News News flash - COVID-19 - Regulation of the new State of Emergency renewal 29/01/2021

Pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic no. 9-A / 2021 of 28 January, the declaration of a state of emergency (already duly authorized by the Resolution of the Assembly of the Republic no. 14-A / 2021) was renewed by a new period of 15 days, based on the verification of a situation of public calamity, which will start at 00:00 on January 31, 2021, ending at 23:59 on February 14, 2021, without prejudice to possible future renewals.

Following the renewal of the State of Emergency, Decree no. 3-D / 2021 of 29 January was approved and published, extending the term of Decree no. 3-A / 2021, of 14 January, in its wording until 23:59 on February 14, 2021, introducing some changes
