News Providing more digital public services with video call support 12/08/2021

The remote assistance by video call with an appointment was extended to more services in the context of the "ePortugal mais acessível" measure included in the Simplex20-21 program. Now it's possible through this service have access to the following services:

• Renew the driver's license;
• Confirm the address change of the Citizen's Card;
• Request the individuals certificate of criminal record;
• Associate business attributes with the System of Certification of Professional Attributes (SCAP);
• Make an appointment at the health center;
• Change the data associated to the Mobile Digital Key.

These services are in addition to those that have been available since June, namely, the request for the Mobile Digital Key, Change of Address in Citizen's Card and Renovation of the Citizen's Card for people over 25.
