News "The Plurality of Insurance” on book 20/04/2021

The monograph “The Plurality of Insurance”, published by Almedina, and written by Ana Serra Calmeiro, GPA’s Associate, is now available.

This work seeks to clarify the applicable law regime and reveal possible solutions for several problematic hypotheses, originated by the plurality of insurance. The different types of insurance coverage and their position under the law, terms, insurers, policyholders, and injured parties are analyzed in the book.
