News Creation of the National Anti-Corruption Mechanism and approval of the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption 28/02/2022

Decree-Law 109-E/2021 was published in the Diário da República on December 9, 2021, which creates the National Anti-Corruption Mechanism (MENAC) and approves the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC), which establishes new obligations for entities (both public and private), with a view to promoting transparency and integrity and preventing and detecting the risks of corruption.
