News GPA organizes a virtual Executive Breakfast on the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers of Infractions 28/01/2022

GPA Academy and GPA Advogados will organize an Executive Breakfast in virtual mode, on the 3rd of February, at 9:30 am, through the Zoom application, whose theme will be “General Regime for the Protection of Whistle-blowers of Infractions – Law 93/2021, of December 20th”.

Paula Alegria Martins, associate of the Data Protection department at GPA Advogados, will be in charge of this session, which will analyse the new Law 93/2021, of 20 December, which transposes into the national legal order the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report violations of Union law – also known as the Whistleblowing Directive. The session will take 45 minutes, followed by a time slot for questions and debate among the participants.
