News News Flash - COVID-19 – Declaration of Calamity Situation 04/11/2020

Following the Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 92-A / 2020 published on the 2nd of November, the situation of calamity was declared until 23:59 on the 19th of November 2020, in the entire continental national territory, whose measures specifically set forth by that Resolution came into force at 00:00 on the 4th of November.

With regard to measures previously set forth by the Government under the situation of calamity, this declaration highlights the approval of special measures for municipalities that do not fulfill the criteria of the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control, uniform for the entire European Union, which defines as a situation of high incidence the existence of 240 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days.
