News News Flash - Measures relating to collective actions to protect the collective interests of consumers 16/12/2020

On December 4, Directive (EU) 2020/1828 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2020 on collective actions to protect the collective interests of consumers was published in the Official Journal of the European Union and repeals the Directive 2009/22/EC.
